Fixes the login-item reinstall path for MagicMouseAgent.

• Install at Login.command now re-enables a previously disabled LaunchAgent before bootstrapping it.
• The install script now kickstarts the agent after registration so it starts immediately.
• The README files now mention that rerunning Install at Login.command repairs the login item.
