This is to update this to swift 3 and RxSwift 3. For some reason, however, I couldn't get the unmarked text to work but not sure if its a big deal. Seems to be a bug in swift that it shows the
beginningOfDocumentandendOfDocumenttonilif the field isn't firstResponder. Otherwise, everything else is converted.
