## Summary This PR makes a small improvement to `program.md` by adding lightweight guidance for: - avoiding repeated near-duplicate experiments - using recent `results.tsv` history - balancing local improvement with occasional exploration - switching experiment type after short-horizon stagnation ## Scope - `program.md` only - no code changes - no dependency changes ## Motivation The current loop is intentionally minimal and works well as a baseline. This change keeps that spirit, while adding a small amount of guidance to reduce repetitive local search and help the search process recover from short stagnation.
