# MegaETH Testnet Exploration 🧠⚡️
## Overview
This repository documents my personal experiments on the **MegaETH Testnet** — a high-performance Layer 1 designed for massive onchain compute and AI-native dApps.
## Goals
- 🧩 Deploy and interact with smart contracts on the MegaETH Testnet
- 🔍 Explore transaction throughput, gas metrics, and block finality
- 🤝 Connect with the community via Kaito and the MegaETH Discord
## What I tested
- ✅ Swapped test tokens using the MegaETH faucet and test DEX
- ✅ Deployed a simple Solidity contract via Remix
- ✅ Verified wallet activity on [https://scan.megaeth.com](https://scan.megaeth.com)
- ✅ Linked my wallet to **Kaito.ai** for Proof-of-PFP and social scoring
## Environment
- Wallet: `0xDe59972B741983F825c2F1fE41119bE62c12D879`
- Network: `MegaETH Testnet`
- Tools: Remix IDE, MetaMask, Slice Analytics
## Learnings
MegaETH feels *instant*. Transactions confirm in milliseconds, and contract calls behave like local compute.
The Testnet architecture proves that L1 performance can rival offchain systems — without losing Ethereum compatibility.
## Next steps
- 🔬 Test interoperability with Base and LayerZero
- 📊 Benchmark contract execution speed vs. Sepolia
- 💡 Publish results on Kaito feed for social verification
