In a file called local_settings.py, you'll need to provide a Yahoo! PlaceFinder
application id.  See settings.py to see what the name of the setting is. 

The original geocode.py file is from:
https://github.com/salathegroup/vaccine-sentiment and is pretty much unchanged.
