Relates to #59

  • USB-Map.plist and USB-Map-Tahoe.plist are combined to the original one,
  • The <key> items which contain comma(s) are moved to the values e.g. <string> as many as possible, at least the commas do not interfere with XML serialization/deserialization mechanism,
  • The common OS-named values (potentially enums, in the prefix of kUSB*) are designated to represent USB port types and numbers; which were tested working on Sonoma (or before) and Tahoe.
