- Clone this repository.
- Open cmd/shell/terminal and go to project folder:
cd ERC_analysis - Create conda environment:
conda env create -f environment.yml - Activate conda environment
conda activate env - Install dependencies
while read requirement; do conda install --yes $requirement; done < requirements.txt - Run each notebook in the environment.
Please let me know if you find bugs or something that needs to be fixed.
