This cherry-picks the work from a PR against the main repo here: token-js#165
This above one should make its way into the upstream base token-js repo. One it does I'll have to do some handling with git to make sure we ignore the merged commit from upstream.
This also upgrades our library to our Libretto openai sdk that has various fixes around tools + rawResponse.
Also, this adds Libretto to the other OpenAI compatible handlers (e.g. groq)
