Bug fixes for SF>90 configurations Only test failing is troublesome test-case, with fnorm just above tolerances. Pending test suite update, this fix is robust and can be merged.

@holm10 I noticed ixmp was being determined incorrectly for some snowflake geometries, so I've added a fix. |

Opening PR for @Plasdom bugfixes for snowflakes. Once reviewed and completed (no more changes for this bugfix), feature will be merged with develop.
