Summary

Note
since the current c# sdk heavily depends on Microsoft.AspNetCore.Authentication.OpenIdConnect, which uses the pattern that does not fit other SDKs and causes inconvenience on adding multiple resources and adopting organization tokens - pause the implementation until developer requests
