ImageJ tools
- mult.py - Runs ImageJ many times and concat results in order to enable it to analize larger image sequences.
usage: mult.py threshold
- readroi.py - Reads ROI data previous created with mult.py . Shows image with highlighted ROIs.
usage: readroi.py image.jpg
