Su documentacion muestra que este es su endpoint `/cfdi33/cancel/{rfc}/{uuid}/{motivo}/{folioSustitucion}`
Los ejemplos de la libreria reciben los parametros en este orden `objResponseCancelUuid = objCancel.CancelUuid(rfc, uuid, motivo, foliosust)`
y al momento de que hacen el post request pasan los parametros invertidos, ocasionando que siempre de error por que se hace post a esta otra url
