It's from v0.4.0, but, the websocket message format is changed without name.
- version 0.5.0
- set the default option of isMime 'loose' true.
- server.dart : CORS enable
- CORS is enabled with option flags.
- add bsjung@gmail.com
- add new WebSocket document.
- v0.5.0 new Websocket : onMessage()
- add CORS document.
