Enhancement: export svg

Enhancement:

• Add export SVG function
• Add a option, called Export SVG, under the more options menu
• Change the icon of Copy screenshot to documents
• Change the icon of Export SVG to image-file

I got a release via GitHub Action but it doesn't work properly in Obsidian.
