Ability to collapse all nodes

I added a menu element when clicked collapses all nodes. Thus making it easier to review(active learning)

The changes I added are in the mind-map-view.ts 61 to 69 line. 99% changes in the file are because of the Prettier plugin

I wonder if @lynchjames would be more open to merging if there were 2 commits: 1) for the prettier plugin 2) for the core change?

the last commit was 5 years ago. There are multiple pull requests. I doubt the fact that prettier formated everything is the problem
