1. This request is reported to conflict with the previous version of flac.c so I could not accept it without breaking it, please tell me what I'm supposed to do to solve it or better submit a new one.

2. Most of files seems to me are modified only by punctuation and is not clear to me in what they really differ, could you please better explain what the mod is supposed to do and why we need it?
