I've added code to this fork to work with the location parameters. But it's not exactly tested.
I know it compiles, and it doesn't crash. What I don't know is if it sends location information to AdMob. Also, I don't know if it does the right thing if no location information is provided (I haven't been able to find reliable info on the web.
I thought I'd send you the request in case you thought it was helpful, or if you had further suggestions.
Thanks for creating the module in the first place, and open sourcing it!
