This PR does two things:

  1. Refactors the printName function so that no case leg is longer than 1 line. This should address the problems in Sometimes crash when try to print description of a Swift Symbol #18
  2. Fixes all tests against latest swift master which should address the problem described in Failed to parse "base conformance descriptor" #21
