* Removes a duplicate entry for \index{greedy algorithms}
* Adds accent to the name Levy.
* "v" in von Neumann is not capitalised.
* replace ${\ft P}$ with {\ft P} for font consistency with earlier {\ft Q} in
the sentence.
* In one place, the \left(\begin{tabular} sequence is replaced with
\begin{pmatrix}.

Also, if I may suggest, you could use the releases feature to distribute the PDF files, instead of committing binary files in git...
