AGENTS.md states a size budget of “Total ≤350 lines” (see the Size budget section), but the regenerated file is currently 431 lines. This makes the file internally non-compliant and also conflicts with the PR description’s “ensure compliance” goal; either reduce/extract content to meet the budget or update/remove the stated budget if it’s no longer applicable.
This PR updates the LICENSE file and regenerates AGENTS.md to ensure compliance.
