  • 👋 Hello, I am Mingkee and a scientist in computational biology.
  • 🧪 I have over 10 years of experience in molecular genomics, 6 years in computational biology.
  • 🔍 I am interested in multi-omics and cancer genetics to find biological answers that will make one step closer to fighting cancer.
  • 👀 My current work centers on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics analyses of pediatric cancers by leveraging advanced bioinformatics tools and machine-learning algorithms.
