  With this change-set the chrome_settings_overrides support within chromium
  has been updated given that it only has for only Windows and MacOS. Version
  numbers have also been updated to represent more precisely when these features
  where added.
  Next to this notes for chromium requirements for the manifest have also been
  added for the following properties;

  • search_provider.favicon_url: Required and needs a HTTP or HTTPS URL
    which differs from Mozilla's implementation
  • search_provider.is_default: Given it's a required property within chromium
  • search_provider.encoding: Required in chromium when prepopulated_id is
    not provided.
