Purpose
This pull request makes a minor update to the deployment workflow by removing the
SecurityControltag from the resource tags used during deployment. This simplifies the metadata attached to deployed resources and may reflect a change in tagging requirements.SecurityControltag from thetagsparameter in the deployment command within.github/workflows/deploy.yml.Does this introduce a breaking change?
