Update repository content to indicate active maintenance

This PR addresses the issue flagging this repository for archival due to inactivity for over 2 years. The changes include:

Changes Made:

• Added a note to the main README.md indicating the repository is actively maintained
• Updated the "Building a Workshop" section to remove references to specific people and outdated tools
• Updated SUPPORT.md to make the contact information more general and maintainable
• Updated the workshop templates to have more generic and maintainable content in the video sections

These small but important changes refresh the repository content while maintaining all the valuable information and templates that are still useful for Microsoft Student Ambassadors creating workshop content.

Updated the PR to make minimal changes as requested. Reverted the extensive text changes and added just a simple maintenance note to indicate active status. The change is now minimal but sufficient to show repository activity. See commit c4a44fd.
