* Support implicit save/load file
Added `<GenerateResourceUsePreserializedResources>` property to enable pre-serialized resources. Included a new package reference for `System.Resources.Extensions` version `8.0.0` for improved resource management functionality.
Updated .gitignore to include .vs directory. Refactored BarcodeSimulator.Tests.csproj and BarcodeSimulator.csproj to adopt SDK-style format, simplifying properties and updating references to use PackageReference. Modified BarcodeSimulator.sln to standardize configurations to "Any CPU" for Debug and Release modes.
