This change addresses the improvements to the insertion parser mentioned in #76. This allows parsing for ON DUPLICATE column = column, DEFAULT and DEFAULT(col) in the VALUES() list, the ROW() method inside of a VALUES() list and INSERT...SELECT, including compound queries.
