Start to modernise some of the python scripts. This changes the order of some of the comand line args.
Use nummpy+scipy to colour clusters of voice calls
Both graph_by_type and rx_stats_hist are now py3 enabled

This cleans up some code and allows work to progress without having to deal with str vs. bytes all the time.

On Fedroa aplay (ALSA play) is installed by default but not mplayer. This just makes one less setup dependency to install.
