@KG3RK3N this looks great, but I´d say the generated files do not need to be checked in here but only deployed on release. |

Typedoc added and extend publish script to generate docs before run lerna publish.

As entry point I used "mapbox.common.ts" because "index.d.ts" throws exceptions on typedoc generation that iOS types not exist.
