Required workflow is call downstream workflows (SAST, SCA, ZIZMOR) and needs to pass them variables.
Reusable workflow does not need to pick any vars in "workflow_call" section, since it is not called from anywhere, it just runs in the current workflows locally and also needs to pass vars downstream in "uses" sections.
