- Fixed minor plotting issues and aesthetics.
- For Coseismic, made sure plotting follows the same format and color schemes as Secular.
- Changed axis scale on Secular validation plots to log.
- Made sure the original velocity.h5 is not overwritten when functions are fit but rather new velocity files are created.
- Updated instructions powerpoint. Minor typos in ARIA_prep.
- Made sure corrections are plotted in Transient
- Other small cleanup items.
