Interferogram networks are now updated (e.g., interferograms dropped) dynamically within each method notebook, based on the my_sites.txt file. That is, the interferograms or dates to be excluded are no longer written to the MintPy config file. Instead, a method notebook will read the "drop" variables from the my_sites file, then apply them to the interferogram network during the
modify_networkstep of MintPy.
