IP Monitor bar widget

Hi,

Created an IP monitor widget. Allows for easy checking IP, copying it via right click menu and viewing IP details.

There is no need for qmldir with Quickshell. you must, and your Singleton can just be an Item {}

I would highly recommend moving the fetch/process out of the bar and into your custom service to really split the Logic from the UI. You can access the Singleton from everywhere easily.
