Currently there is no way to get at the response (
http.IncomingMessage) object which holds information like the HTTP status, headers, etc. This PR exposes it by allowing a third param to be specified in the callback.This means that order of the second and third arguments is reversed compared to the Request module, but I think backwards compatibility trumps consistency between the two modules in this case.
