The GitLab OIDC example was missing the `SIGSTORE_ID_TOKEN`, which is needed for publishing provenance, also with OIDC. Closes npm/cli#8558

Thanks for submitting this. Ideally we'd have only one page with the actual suggested workflow, to prevent problems like this. But that is not a problem to solve today, the immediate fix is this one. |
