This resolves situations where you are building this (for example) on a mac M1 machine, which builds images that can't be run in linux.
Instead of using the template for this.

pyproject.tomlas possible. The purpose of this feature is to simplify package metadata, bring the project in line with current best practices, improve tool compatibility, and make it easier to build on the codebase.Additionally, this PR:
