docs: New docs concepts

Description

This PR adds a new conception of possible new Ocean-DS documentation

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• This change requires a documentation update

How Has This Been Tested?

Run Ocean DS locally and see all new components doc separated by function

Checklist:

• I have read the CONTRIBUTING document
• I have performed a self-review of my own code
• My changes generate no new warnings
• My changes work in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
• I have made corresponding changes to the documentation (if appropriate)
• I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works
• All new and existing tests passed
