This PR addresses #71, and adds support for importing certificate files from a local directory.
The existing pre-start script will now look for a
LOCAL_CERTS_DIRenvironment variable. If set, this will trigger theload_local_certs.shscript, which will attempt to load any.pemfiles from the directory specified inLOCAL_CERTS_DIRand add them to the trust store.
