[IMP] excise_management: packaging units and taxes in excise reporting

• Add packaging tax on excise categories to support unit-based taxation.
• Add packaging unit on products (e.g. bottle, box), shown only when a packaging tax is defined on the selected excise category.
• Update tax computation formulas to account for packaging units.
• Capture packaging units and packaging tax amounts in excise reporting.
• Display packaging units and amounts in excise report forms and related moves.
• Expose detailed excise reporting information in the picking form.
