Diagnostic utility for SpEC simulations

Installation instructions

1. Clone this repository to directory of your choice.
2. Make sure you have activated the Python environment you would like to work in. To read up on Python environments see the Python documentation.
3. pip install -e path/to/cloned/repository to install the package in editable mode, i.e. symlinking it so updates to the repository will be readily available.
4. Test your installation: Run python to enter an interactive Python shell and try to import spec_diagnose.
