- Rafactoring to Symfony console usage
- Core: Make Bootstrap singletons (first call in BootstrapManager)
- Core: Cleanup BootstrapManager (remove template based code)

- replace Bootstrap property 'commands' with configuration - Add first event names in .phpstorm.meta - replace multiple Bootstrap instantiations by BootstrapManager get (avoid Multi-Instancing, eg for event attaching)
