Using Microsoft's ADM to ADMX converter. Processing the original seemed to cause a conflict as the tool reported duplicates for the policies containing the same name in CLASS USER and CLASS MACHINE. I split the original file into User+Descriptions and Machine+Descriptions and converted each, then merged them back together, and updated the policyNamespaces node. Untested so far. Use at your own risk.
