Create a temporary allfontsgen stub in tests so CI environments without the real binary do not fail on missing-file errors. Replace ad-hoc setTimeout chains for desktop logo injection with requestAnimationFrame scheduling and MutationObserver hooks for reliable, reactive visibility.
