This PR adds unit tests for the GeneralUtils class in the LegacyUI module.
Changes
• Added tests for isValidUuidFormat() method
• Covered valid UUID case
• Covered invalid UUID cases such as short strings and malformed UUIDs
Testing
• Verified that the project builds successfully using Maven.
