This PR is for the simplified Chinese NPC component and some past doc updates.

Todo:
- sync npc pr file changes, until merged.- replaceversion='omp v1.1.0.changemelater' />after new version released.- may conflict with other PRs, I will resolve after those PRs are merged- rebasethis pr should be merged after others.
