• Import computeKeccak and SolidityType from utils/devtools.ts
• Remove duplicated computeKeccak function from UtilsSection.tsx
• Remove duplicated parseInputValue function from UtilsSection.tsx
• Remove local SolidityType type definition and use imported one
• Update button onClick to use imported function
• Remove unused ethers imports
• Build and test to verify changes work correctly
• Code review and final verification
