This PR adds an HTML page that fetches and displays changelogs from multiple Hyperfleet repositories.

Usage
Simply open
changelog-viewer.htmlin a web browser. The page will automatically fetch and display the latest changelogs from both repositories.The version filter allows users to quickly find specific versions across all changelogs.
