Fix process management CLI command signatures

• Updated configure-process command signature to accept a process definition file path and optional processCode instead of the incorrect --rules flag
• Updated create-process command to document both supported usages: creating a new form with process configuration and reusing an existing form via --formUuid
• Applied changes consistently across all 12 language versions of the CLI reference page
