In this PR, we

Add support for tranquilo 0.1.0
Remove support for tranquilo<0.1.0
Pass problem.batch_fun to tranquilo and enable history collection
Install tranquilo in testing environment

Note

CI will fail until tranquilo 0.1.0 is available on conda-forge.


          Adjust for new tranquilo version and clean up
