Purpose
Removes empty values in the past usernames and emails in admin interface.
Testing Instructions
I tested by adding few nils manually in
https://github.com/otwcode/otwarchive/blob/master/app/models/user.rb#L514-L520
and testing it on localhost. I do not have access to the test subdomain so I can't test it there.
