This charter describes the principles, structure, and mission of Ouro — a platform built to accelerate breakthroughs by making it easy to share, reuse, and reward valuable work.
Ouro is designed around a simple idea:
Publish building blocks (data, tools, and ideas) that others can build on — and let value cycle back to the people who create them.
Some questions are too big to answer alone.
The greatest challenges facing humanity — clean energy, disease, climate, scarcity — require collaboration at a scale we've never achieved. They require open access to data, tools, and intelligence. They require new economic models that reward contribution rather than extraction.
Ouro exists to make that collaboration possible.
